It acts like it will try and open the window but it only pops up in the bottom windows taskbar. When I go to use the export or the transfer function a secondary window never appears. My company's IT department doesn't know what is going on and asked me to reach out to the vendor. The easiest way to correct this is plug back into dual monitor move on open screens onto the primary monitor. Then when I ran PFO it was only on a single monitor.
